The hotel classification is evolving with the goal of revitalizing French tourism!
Led by the Government, the modernization of the hotel classification aims to help hotel establishments adapt to changes in the sector.
Atout France, responsible for tourism promotion in the country and hotel classification, announces new classification criteria. Among them:
- The widespread adoption of QR codes: the idea here is to provide your guests with the welcome booklet for your accommodation, including your services, nearby activities, recommendations, the day’s press, etc.
- The digitalization of check-in
- Systematic WiFi access
